5. Content Licensing & Metadata Use
You retain full ownership of any original content you submit.
However, by uploading content to the platform (including forms, bios, availability, etc.), you grant Thysa Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to:
•	Use, display, and structure your content within the platform
•	Derive and store anonymised metadata from your profile and activity
•	Retain anonymised data even after account closure, for internal analytics and business development
We do not sell your personal data. We may use anonymised aggregate data to support platform growth, insights, or investment strategies.
 
6. Community Standards
You agree to follow our [Community Guidelines] and [Content Policy], which prohibit:
•	Harassment or abuse
•	Posting of illegal or explicit material
•	Deceptive or spammy listings
•	Use of fake or unverified accounts
Violations may result in suspension, deletion, or permanent banning.
 
7. Messaging & Communication
The SW Hub offers internal messaging as a tool for introduction and networking.
We do not recommend using it for formal or contractual agreements, as message history is not permanently stored.
Use “Work With Me” forms or casting call submissions for structured collaboration.

All platform branding, code, structure, and design are owned by Thysa Ltd.
You may not reproduce, copy, or modify any part of the platform unless explicitly permitted.
All third-party logos, trademarks, or references belong to their respective owners.
 
9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of listings, or successful collaborations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thysa Ltd disclaims liability for:
•	User-submitted content or behaviour
•	Disputes between users
•	Loss of data or business opportunity
•	Downtime or technical faults
You acknowledge that you use the platform at your own risk.
 
10. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any legal disputes must be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
