In a word, no. The integrity of our site comes from honest feedback from our members, ensuring that only genuine reviews are left. The platform we have created allows our members to air their concerns and qualms in a more regulated environment, as opposed to being shared anonymously on ‘blacklist’ pages for all the world to see.
False and/or malicious reviews are against our terms of service. Any member found to be deliberately providing false/malicious reviews will be subject to account suspension.
1-Document the Review: Take screenshots or save a copy of the false review as evidence. Ensure you have all the necessary information, such as the reviewer’s username, date of the review, and any specific details mentioned in the review.
2- Gather Supporting Evidence: If you can prove that the review is false, gather any additional evidence that supports your case. This might include emails or messages from the person who posted the review, indicating their intent to harm your reputation.
3- Reach out to our admin team to report the false review. Provide them with the evidence you have gathered, and explain why you believe the review is false. Be clear and concise in your communication.

The reviews system provides a check box for you to state that you have not worked with this person. Predominately its use is for reviewing ‘no shows’ but also can be used to vouch for someone’s integrity if you have a personal relationship outside of the industry. However, using this function to review someone you do not know nor have met, say, to boost the ego of someone you believe to be ‘big’ in the industry, is not acceptable and will be classed as a breach of terms of service.
In this scenario, we apply a discretionary approach. For instance, if you make an honest mistake and promptly notify us for rectification, your account will not be jeopardised. However, deliberate actions aimed at harming our members and recurrent intentional breaches of our terms of service, may result in your account being indefinitely suspended or deleted.

During this time you will not lose your ratings or account. During the period of time your account is paused, The SW Hub will retain your account and profile information which will incur an administration fee of £1.99 per month.
In this instance, please submit your query to administration for review, along with any supporting evidence you may have.
Should you choose to delete your account, you will have the option to suspend it instead before proceeding with the deletion. Deleting your account will result in the removal of all the information you have provided and all received reviews. If you decide to create a new account later on, you will start afresh with an entirely blank account.

SWHub takes a distinctive approach by prioritising accessibility over traditional diversity categorisations. Our decision stems from a commitment to self-determination, be it in advertising or searching for casting calls. By avoiding the categorisation of individuals into assumed boxes, SWHub empowers creators to discover opportunities that precisely align with their criteria. This approach eliminates assumed biases, placing a greater emphasis on achieving meaningful results.
The inclusion of nationality is crucial for several reasons, with one primary aspect being its role in establishing the right to work within a specific country. This information is vital for individuals organising castings or seeking collaborations, as it helps ensure that scene partners possess the necessary work authorisation. Without the correct documentation, working in a country may invalidate a model release, as the right to sign a work contract is compromised when proper documentation is lacking.
